Unfired Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson commemorative .36 clack powder pistols from the U.S. Historical Society. Both are serial number 1942 and have 24k gold plated scrolling. A stunning set of pistols that will make awesome dislpays.  

An impressive matching commemorative set from the U.S. Historical Society, featuring the Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson editions of the .36 caliber Model 1851 Navy-style percussion revolver. Both revolvers carry matching serial number 1942 and are represented as unfired, making this an especially attractive pair for the Civil War, commemorative, or black powder collector.

Each revolver features a deep blued finish accented by elaborate 24K gold-plated scrollwork and decorative engraving, along with gold-tone grip frames and handsome walnut grips. Portrait medallions honoring Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson are inset into the grips. The decorated cylinders and extensive gold detailing give these revolvers exceptional display presence.

The Stonewall Jackson edition was released in 1988 as a limited edition of 2,500, based on the Colt Model 1851 Navy design.
